Who pays?
The technician. The end client receiving support pays nothing and creates no account.
Does the client have to install anything?
They run a small program (no admin rights for the runtime version). A service version also allows permanent access.
Difference between Instant support and Subscription?
Instant support ($2.99 CAD) gives a temporary 8-hour license for 3 PCs. The subscription ($5.99 CAD/mo) allows continuous use.
Is it secure?
Yes: encrypted relay (TLS, pinned certificate), signed tokens, logged sessions, hashed passwords.
Are payments real?
In this demo environment, no: payments are simulated. Real Stripe will be wired in later.
